MotoRent Europe Cookie Policy

    1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit our website. Its main purpose is to store technical data, personal preferences, content customisation, usage statistics, social media links, and access to user accounts.

    2. What types of cookies does this website use?

At MotoRent Europe we use the following cookies to ensure the best premium experience:

    Technical cookies (Strictly necessary)

These are cookies that allow the user to browse the website and use the different options or services available, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, or carrying out the purchase and booking process for our tours.

    Personalisation cookies

They allow the user to access the service with some predefined general characteristics (for example, language or regional settings).

    Analytics cookies

These are cookies that, processed by us or third parties, allow us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out statistical measurement and analysis of users' use of our services.

    3. Third-Party Cookies

This website uses third-party services to collect information for statistical and security purposes. In particular, we use:

    Supabase

For secure management of user sessions, booking storage, and authentication.

    Stripe

Stripe processes travel-package card payments and may set technical and anti-fraud cookies in the payment form. MotoRent Europe does not access or directly store your full card number. The payment method may be securely retained through Stripe only for future package charges expressly authorised under the accepted package terms; rental charges are authorised separately with MotoRent.

    Uploaded documents

Optional passport and licence copies are stored encrypted in a private Supabase bucket, solely to prepare your file and speed up verification on arrival. They are not required to submit your request.

    Optional consents

Marketing and image rights consents are optional, independent from each other and revocable at any time; they do not condition the package booking.

    Rental and guarantee: separate scope

The rental agreement, verification of original documents, the security deposit and any damage or fine charges belong to a contractual and operational scope separate from the tour package and are handled at motorcycle handover through MotoRent; the lessor will be the one identified in the rental agreement.

(If in the future we use Stripe for payments or Google Analytics, their cookies will also be covered under this third-party services clause).

    4. Disabling or deleting cookies

At any time you may exercise your right to disable or delete cookies from this website. These actions are performed differently depending on the browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that if you disable technical cookies, the booking system may not function correctly.

    5. Acceptance of the Cookie Policy

MotoRent Europe assumes that you accept the use of cookies if you continue browsing after the cookie notice appears at the bottom or top of the website, or if you explicitly click the "Accept" button.
